Real Options Women’s Clinic is here to help and offer hope to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Simi Valley and surrounding communities. We provide free medical services, accurate information, and practical support with compassion and care. Each client receives the time, attention, and encouragement they deserve, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and their future. While our clinic is located in Simi Valley, we also serve women and families from nearby areas including Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and the Northeast San Fernando Valley.
Years of Operation
Real Options Women’s Clinic has been serving the community since 1990. Now in our 35th year, we remain a trusted place for women and families to find guidance, resources, and compassionate care during an unexpected pregnancy.
Medical License & Certifications
Real Options provides professional, evidence-based care under the oversight of a Medical Director who has served for more than 20 years and is an experienced MD/OBGYN. Our nursing team includes registered nurses with advanced training, including a BS in Health Science/School Nursing, certified sonographer, and a Master’s in Nursing Science. This strong medical foundation ensures that every client is cared for with excellence, accuracy, and compassion.
All of our services are provided completely free of charge. Real Options is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates entirely through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and community partners. Because of this ongoing support, women and families can receive the care, education, and resources they need without worrying about insurance or cost. Every donation to the clinic is tax-deductible and directly supports those in our community.
